How do I cancel my HOOQ subscription if I paid through iTunes? (Apple iOS devices)

Since your HOOQ subscription is tied to your Apple ID and billed through Apple, you’ll need to cancel your subscription directly via your iTunes account or through the iTunes Support Team. Here's what you’ll need to do:

 
  1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
    • Make sure that you're logged in to the same Apple ID you used when you subscribed to HOOQ.
  3. Tap “View Apple ID”. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  4. Tap “Subscriptions”.
  5. Select “HOOQ”.
  6. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Cancel Trial” or “Cancel Subscription” to cancel your subscription.
    • If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
  7. Tap “Confirm”.
