How do I renew my HOOQ subscription or update my payment method? (HOOQ app for Android)

So glad you dropped by and expressed your interest to stay HOOQ'd! :) The steps to renew your subscription are quite easy! :)

If you wish to subscribe to a recurring plan:
  1. Log in to your HOOQ account. Click here for the steps.
  2. Once you’re on the Discover page, tap on the ME icon at the upper right corner of your screen.
  3. Select “Subscription”, then tap “Subscribe now”.
  4. Scroll down to view all the plans or prices (including benefits and payment options).
  5. Choose the recurring package that you prefer, then select your payment method.
    • If you select a recurring plan that offers a 30-day free trial (availability of free trial varies per region), you'll be auto-charged after the trial period.
  6. Enter your payment details, then tap “Make Payment”.
  7. Follow the prompts until you get a confirmation that your payment is successful.

If you want to pay for one-time payment only:
  1. Log in to your HOOQ account. Click here for the steps.
  2. Once you’re on the Discover page, tap on the ME icon at the upper right corner of your screen.
  3. Select “Subscription”, then tap “Subscribe now”.
  4. Scroll down to view all the plans or prices (including benefits and payment options).
  5. Choose the one-time package that you prefer, then select your payment method (you'll be charged upfront).
  6. Enter your payment details, then tap “Make Payment”.
  7. Follow the prompts until you get a confirmation that your payment is successful.

If you received an activation code from one of our partners:
  1. Log in to your HOOQ account. Click here for the steps.
  2. Once you’re on the Discover page, tap on the ME icon at the upper right corner of your screen.
  3. Select “Subscription”.
  4. Enter the activation code in the Redeem Voucher Codes field. Click on "Submit".
  5. If successful, a confirmation message will appear. 
  6. If an error shows up, you may contact our partner directly to inquire about your activation code. 

If you signed up to HOOQ via our telco partner, you may connect with them directly as the renewal process varies, depending on the subscription package you availed.
