How to manage my device counter (HOOQ app for Android)

Good news! If you have reached the device limit (5 per HOOQ account), you can now manage and log out of your device/s by following the steps below: :)
  1. Make sure you’ve updated to the latest app version, then try to log in to your account.
  2. On the Device limit reached pop-up message that you'll receive, tap “Yes”.
  3. You’ll be routed to the Manage my devices screen. Log in with your registered email address or mobile number, then enter your password.
  4. Choose the device/s you want to log out of, then tap “Remove Device”.
  5. You’ll receive a confirmation message. Tap “Done”.
  6. Select the back arrow on the upper left corner, then tap “I have verified”.
  7. You’ll be routed to the Discover page. Enjoy watching! :)
