How to get the receipt via iTunes (Computer)

Getting a receipt is as easy as 1-2-3! :)
 
If you’re connected to us via iTunes billing, you can get your receipt by following these steps:
 
  1. Open a browser, then go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Enter the Apple ID that you used to purchase your HOOQ subscription, then choose the arrow on the right.
 
 
  1. Enter your password, then choose the arrow on the right.
 
 
 
  1. On the Report a Problem page, select Receipts.
 
 
  1. Find the HOOQ subscription that you've purchased, then click on the Receipt button on the right.
 
 
  1. You will now see the receipt and you can take a screenshot. :)
 
 

Notes:
  • If you’d like to get the receipt via iTunes using your Apple device, click here.
  • If you're connected to us via our telco partners or carrier billing partners, you may request your receipt directly from them.
  • If you've signed up, however, directly with us (via the HOOQ app for Android or the HOOQ website), click here for the steps.
