How to resubscribe via iTunes (Computer)
It’s easy to re-subscribe to HOOQ via iTunes if you canceled your subscription previously or did not renew your expired subscription. Here’s how:
- Open iTunes.
- If you’re not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID. Make sure that you're logged in to the same Apple ID you used when you subscribed to HOOQ.
- From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account.
- Enter your password, then press the Return or Enter key on your keyboard, or click View Account.
- On the Account Information page, do the following:
- Scroll to the Settings section. Click on Manage.
- Under Expired, click on HOOQ.
- Under Edit Subscription, click on preferred subscription duration.
- Click on Subscribe.
- A confirmation window will appear. Click on "Confirm".
