How to resubscribe via iTunes (Computer)

It’s easy to re-subscribe to HOOQ via iTunes if you canceled your subscription previously or did not renew your expired subscription. Here’s how:
  1. Open iTunes.
  2. If you’re not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID. Make sure that you're logged in to the same Apple ID you used when you subscribed to HOOQ.
  3. From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account.
  4. Enter your password, then press the Return or Enter key on your keyboard, or click View Account.
  5. On the Account Information page, do the following:
    • Scroll to the Settings section. Click on Manage.
  • Under Expired, click on HOOQ.
  • Under Edit Subscription, click on preferred subscription duration.
  • Click on Subscribe.
  • A confirmation window will appear. Click on "Confirm".
