You have 2 easy options:
1. Contact AIS Fibre call center 1175.
2. Go to https://newfibre.ais.co.th/replaceplaybox, and follow the steps below:
- Enter your AIS Fibre ID on Internet No. field
- Click on the drop down arrow, you will see different options, choose the one that's available.
Enter on Card number or business registration number, (It depends on the one that you will be choosing.)
- Click on "Continue"
- Then read the remarks and if you accept, click on "Confirm"
