How to check your HOOQ app’s version (Smart TV)

Here's how you can check what version of the HOOQ app is installed on your Smart TV (the steps may vary depending on the brand of your Smart TV/TV box, so here’s a general guide for you):


  1. Make sure that you're logged in to your HOOQ account. Click here for the steps.
  2. Once you're on the Discover page, select ME at the top. 
  3. You'll see the version of your HOOQ app at the bottom left corner of the ME page.
