How do I the clear cache and cookies on my AIS Playbox?

There are times when your AIS Playbox builds up some clutter, which affects its performance and could lead to errors while using it to access HOOQ.  Clearing the HOOQ cache and cookies will give your AIS Playbox a room to breath and perform better. Here's how you can clear them:

1. From the Home screen, click right until you reach the Settings menu.

2. Select Advance.

3. Select App.

4. Select HOOQ.

5. Select Clear Cache.

Once you're done, you can go back to enjoying HOOQ! :)
