How do I clear the data on my AIS Playbox?

There are times when your AIS Playbox builds up some clutter, which affects its performance and could lead to errors while using it to access HOOQ.  Clearing the HOOQ app data will give your AIS Playbox a room to breathe and perform better. Here's how you can clear them:

  1. From the Home screen, go to the Settings menu.
  1. Select Advanced.
  1. Select Apps.
  1. Select HOOQ.
  1. Select Storage.
  1. Select Clear Data.
  1. Select OK to confirm clearing of data.
  1. Close the AIS Playbox.
  2. Turn off the internet router.
  3.  Unplug the router for 30 seconds.
  4.  Plug the router again.
  5.  Open the AIS Playbox.
  6. Open the HOOQ app again.
Once you're done, you can go back to enjoying HOOQ! :)
