How do I cancel my HOOQ subscription if I paid through iTunes? (Computer)

We're really sad that you want to unHOOQ from us, but we'll still guide you.
Since your HOOQ subscription is tied to your Apple ID and billed through Apple, you’ll need to cancel your subscription directly via your iTunes account or through the iTunes Support Team. Here's how you can do it:
  1. Open iTunes.
  2. If you’re not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID. 
    • Make sure that you're logged in to the same Apple ID you used when you subscribed to HOOQ.
  3. From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account.
  4. Enter your password, then press the Return or Enter key on your keyboard, or click "View Account".
  5. On the Account Information page, do the following:
    • Scroll to the Settings section. 
    • On the right side of Subscriptions, click "Manage".
    • Beside HOOQ, click "Edit".
    • Use the options to manage your subscription. Choose a different subscription offering, or click "Cancel Subscription" to cancel your subscription.
      • If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
