How do I request for a receipt of payment I made to HOOQ?

Getting a receipt is as easy as 1-2-3!

Before anything else though, note that there are several ways that you could have subscribed with us. 

If you're connected to us via our Telco partners, iTunes billing or carrier billing partners, you may request your receipt directly from them. 

If you've signed up, however, directly with us, all you have to do is follow these steps:
  1. Email us at support@hooq.tv or via this link.
  2. Send the following details to us:
    • ​​Email address registered on the account, and/or
    • Mobile number registered on the account,
    • At least 2 devices registered on the account (for verification purposes)
    • Date of payment:
    • Subscription period paid:
    • Amount paid:
  3. To ensure the safety of your account, kindly provide the following information as well:
    • Email Address you're using to log in to your HOOQ account
    • Mobile number registered on the account
    • Devices (brand and model) that are currently registered [at least 2]

Someone will get back to you with an electronic invoice that will serve as your payment receipt.
