How can I request for a payment receipt?

Getting a receipt is as easy as 1-2-3!

Before anything else though, note that there are several ways that you could have subscribed with us. 

If you're connected to us via our telco partners, iTunes billing or carrier billing partners, you may request your receipt directly from them. 

If you've signed up, however, directly with us (via the HOOQ app for Android or the HOOQ website), all you have to do is follow these steps:
  1. Email us at support@hooq.tv or via this link.
  2. Send the following details to us:
    • ​​Email address registered on the account, and/or
    • Mobile number registered on the account,
    • At least 2 devices registered on the account (for verification purposes)
    • Date of payment:
    • Subscription period paid:
    • Amount paid:

Someone will get back to you with an electronic invoice that will serve as your payment receipt.
