How can I cancel my subscription?

We're sad to see you go! :( Still, we're willing to help you out.

If you signed up for a one-time subscription, there's no need to cancel it as it will not auto-renew. On the other hand, if you're on a recurring subscription, how you'll be able to cancel it depends on your payment method. Please check out the info below (under your country of registration).



Via Globe

If you signed up with HOOQ via our partner, Globe:

  • For prepaid and postpaid: You can terminate your HOOQ subscription via SMS. Just text HOOQ <denomination> STOP to 8080. Sample text formats are as follows (don't include the bullets):
    • HOOQFREE STOP
    • HOOQ149 STOP
    • HOOQ299 STOP
    • HOOQ499 STOP
  • For Broadband/At Home customers: You can contact the Globe hotline at (02)730-1000.
 
Via iTunes
 
If you paid via iTunes, you can cancel your subscription through the settings of your iOS device or by managing your iTunes account using a computer.
 
Via Credit card/by charging your mobile number
 
If you signed up with HOOQ using a credit card or by charging your Globe/Smart/TalkNTxt/Sun mobile number, you may cancel your subscription on the app or web. Here's how:
  • Log in to your HOOQ account.
  • If you're using the app, tap the ME icon on the top left corner, click on "Subscription".
  • If you're logged in to the HOOQ website, hover the mouse pointer on the user icon at the upper right portion of your screen, then select "Subscription".
  • Select "Cancel Subscription" then confirm.
 

 


Via AIS
 
If you signed up to HOOQ via AIS, contact the following numbers:

  • For AIS Mobile - If you subscribed to 30 days free trial, you can dial *508*008# to cancel the subscription. If you subscribed to HOOQ monthly package 119 THB, you can dial *508*001# to unsubscribe.
  • For any other subscription, you can contact 1175 for further assistance.
 
Via iTunes
 
If you paid via iTunes, you can cancel your subscription through the settings of your iOS device or by managing your iTunes account using a computer.
 
Via Credit card/by charging your mobile number

If you paid for your subscription via the app using a credit card or by charging your AIS mobile number, here's how you can cancel your HOOQ subscription on the app or website:
  • Log in to your HOOQ account.
  • If you're using the app, tap the ME icon on the top left corner, click on "Subscription".
  • If you're logged in to the HOOQ website, hover the mouse pointer on the user icon at the upper right portion of your screen, then select "Subscription".
  • Select "Cancel Subscription" then confirm.
 

 


Via Airtel
 
If you signed up to HOOQ via Airtel, contact Airtel Customer Care for assistance. You can login to https://www.airtel.in or go to https://www.airtel.in/contact-us.
 
Via iTunes
 
If you paid via iTunes, you can cancel your subscription through the settings of your iOS device or by managing your iTunes account using a computer.
 
Via ACT
 
If you signed up to HOOQ via ACT Broadband though, please contact ACT customer care through their Customer Care channels below:

 
Via Credit card/PayTM
 
If you signed up with HOOQ using a credit card or using your PayTM account, you may cancel your subscription on the app or web. Here's how:
  • Log in to your HOOQ account.
  • If you're using the app, tap the ME icon on the top left corner, click on "Subscription".
  • If you're logged in to the HOOQ website, hover the mouse pointer on the user icon at the upper right portion of your screen, then select "Subscription".
  • Select "Cancel Subscription" then confirm.
 

 


Via Telkomsel
 
If you signed up to HOOQ via Telkomsel, contact the Telkomsel Support Team for assistance. You can write to Telkomsel's customer support at cs@telkomsel.co.id.
 
Via Telkom Indihome
 
If you signed up to HOOQ via Telkom IndiHome, you may click on the "unregister" option on your set-top box. You may also contact the Telkom IndiHome Support Team for assistance using the following channels:

 
Via First Media
 
If you're subscribed to us via First Media, please contact their customer support team for assistance on cancelling your HOOQ subscription. You may visit the First Media website for more info on how you can get in touch with them.
 
Via Bolt
 
If your HOOQ subscription is part of your Bolt plan, it will automatically end once your subscription with Bolt ends.
 
Via iTunes
 
If you paid via iTunes, you can cancel your subscription through the settings of your iOS device or by managing your iTunes account using a computer.
 
Via Credit card
 
If you signed up with HOOQ using a credit card, you may cancel your subscription on the app or web. Here's how:
  • Log in to your HOOQ account.
  • If you're using the app, tap the ME icon on the top left corner, click on "Subscription".
  • If you're logged in to the HOOQ website, hover the mouse pointer on the user icon at the upper right portion of your screen, then select "Subscription".
  • Select "Cancel Subscription" then confirm.
 

 


Via Singtel Prepaid
 
If you signed up to HOOQ via Singtel Prepaid, your HOOQ subscription comes with your Singtel Prepaid Data Plan, which means that your subscription with us will end once you are unsubscribed to an eligible Singtel plan.
 
Via Singtel Mobile Postpaid/Broadband
 
If you signed up via Singtel Mobile Postpaid or Broadband, cancellation must be processed by Singtel customer care. You may get in touch with Singtel support through these channels:


Via Singtel TV

If you signed up via Singtel TV, contact the HOOQ Support team here or e-mail at support@hooq.tv to process the cancellation.

 
Via iTunes
 
If you paid via iTunes, you can cancel your subscription through the settings of your iOS device or by managing your iTunes account using a computer.
 
Via Credit card
