HOOQ isn’t working on my browser. What should I do?

We are working diligently to make our website available to other web browsers but, for now, please use the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera to get the most out of HOOQ.


How to check if you are using the latest version of your browser? Follow these steps:  
Now, if you're certain you are using the latest version, follow these steps to fix the glitch:
 
  • Refresh your browser
    • On a Windows PC: Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
    • On a Mac: Hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button. Or, hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift key and then press R.
 
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Click here for instructions.
