How to log in? (Computer)

We are working diligently to make our website available to other web browsers but, for now, please use the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera to get the most out of HOOQ.

We've also made it easier for you to log in. Below are the easy steps for you to follow, depending on what credentials you registered to HOOQ. 



  1. Go to https://hooq.tv
  2. On the HOOQ home page, click on "Login" at the top-right corner of your screen. 
  3. Enter your email address and click "Done".
  4. How do you want to sign in?:
    • I want to sign in via email verification:  
      • If it's the first time you're logging in, a verification email will be sent to your email address.
      • Go to your inbox and click on "Confirm Email". 
      • Go back to the HOOQ website and click on "I have verified". 
      • NOTE: The next time you log in using the same email address, you won't be asked to verify your email again. Cool, right?!
    • I want to use my password to sign in (use this method only if you created a password when you signed up or if you've asked your friendly neighborhood support to set up a password for you)
      • Click on "Enter Password". Then type your password in the specified field.
      • Click on "OK".


  1. Go to https://hooq.tv
  2. On the HOOQ home page, click on "Login" at the top-right corner of your screen. 
  3. You'll be routed to the email sign-in page. Click on the "Login with mobile number" link. 
  4. Enter your mobile number and click "Done".
    • If it's the first time you're logging in, a verification code will be sent to your phone. Enter the code on the screen and click "Next". 
    • If successful, a verification message will appear and you should be good to go!


  1. Click on "Singtel Cast Login". 
  2. The Singtel Cast Login page will appear. Enter your Cast email address and password as prompted.
  3. You'll know you're signed in once you get routed to the Discover page. If you see a prompt about accepting HOOQ's terms and conditions, please select Accept to continue.


  1. Click on "Singtel Cast Login". 
  2. Select "Create Cast ID".
  3. Choose the option that describes how you're subscribed to Singtel:​
    • Current Singtel Mobile Subscriber
    • Current Singtel Broadband Subscriber
    • Current Singtel TV Subscriber
  4. Key in your Singtel mobile phone number, then select "Continue".
  5. On the next screen:
    • Enter your email address.
    • Enter your preferred password.
    • Enter the same password in the "Confirm New Password" box.
    • Select "Continue".
  6. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) that was sent to the mobile number you keyed in earlier.
  7. You should get a confirmation that you may already use your Cast ID to log in. Select "Continue" and you'll get routed to the Discover page.
  8. If you see a prompt about accepting HOOQ's terms and conditions, please select Accept to continue.
