(Philippines) How to sign up for a paid subscription using your computer?

We are working diligently to make our website available to other web browsers but, for now, please use the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, or Opera to get the most out of HOOQ.

We also now have different packages available for you depending on how long you'd want to stay HOOQ'd!

Available payment methods:
  • Credit card (auto-renews, we accept those bearing Visa and/or MasterCard logos)
  • Debit card (doesn’t auto-renew, we accept those bearing Visa and/or MasterCard logos)
  • Razer Gold / MOL Points (one-time)
  • GCash (one-time)
  • Google Play (one-time or auto-renews) - available only on Android
  • Charged via Globe/TM numbers (one-time or auto-renews)
  • Charged via Smart/TalkNTxt/Sun numbers (one-time or auto-renews)
  • Globe (mobile postpaid/prepaid or broadband plan)

If you already have an account with us, you may simply just change your payment method via the HOOQ app (Android or iOS).

 
If you don't have an account yet with us, here’s how to sign up for a paid subscription with us:


  1. Make sure you're connected to the internet, and then open a supported web browser. 
  2. Go to our https://www.hooq.tv website.
  3. Click any of our "Sign up" button.
    • If you already have an account, log in first then proceed to step 6.
  4. Sign up using your mobile number or;
    • Enter your mobile number, then create a password.
    • Select option to receive notifications from HOOQ.
    • Click "Next”.
  5. Sign up using your email address.
    • Click "Email”.
    • Enter your email address, then create a password.
    • Select option to receive notifications from HOOQ.
    • Click "Next”.
  6. Click the 3 horizontal lines on the upper right corner, then choose "Pricing”.
  7. Scroll down to view all the plans or prices (including benefits and payment options).
  8. Choose the package that you prefer, then select your payment method.
    • If this is your first time to subscribe, you can get a 30-day free trial as long as you're willing to set up your payment details upfront. Note that you will be charged once your trial period expires.
  9. Enter your payment details, then tap “Make Payment”.
  10. Follow the prompts until you get a confirmation that your payment is successful.
 

  1. Go to this link: https://hooq.tv/.
  2. Click "Login” at the upper right corner of your screen.
  3. Click "Email”, then enter the email address enrolled in the account.
  4. A verification email will be sent to the registered email address. Go to your inbox, look for the email from HOOQ, then click "Confirm Email”.
  5. Go back to the HOOQ page and click "I have verified".
    • If you don't like to verify using your email or don't have access to your email, click "Enter password".
    • Enter the password sent to your SMS or email (if this is your first time to sign in, try using password1 as your password).
  6. Click "Done" and you should be good to go!
 

  • For Prepaid customers: You can register to HOOQ by texting your preferred variant (HOOQ59, HOOQ149, HOOQ299 or HOOQ499) to 8080, or dial *143# and choose Surfing then HOOQ.
  • For Postpaid/Broadband customers: You can register by calling the Globe Hotline at (02)730-1000, or by dialing 211 through a Globe mobile phone (toll-free).
    • New Globe Broadband customers who sign up to Plan 1299 and up will get a 6-month complimentary access to HOOQ.
    • Eligible Globe Postpaid subscribers are currently being offered a 3-month free trial access via SMS notification.

Note: If you're currently subscribed to a partner plan, you won't be able to purchase another partner plan unless you use a different mobile number/email to sign up a new account.
