How to log in (HOOQ app for Android)

There are different ways to sign in using the HOOQ app for Android. Check out the steps below. :)



  1. Tap on "Login".
  2. Tap on "Email".
  3. Enter your username/email address in the designated field.
  4. Tap on "Done". If this is the first time you’re signing in to the new HOOQ app, you can either validate your email or enter your password:
    • Validate your email: You’ll be asked to validate your email. On your device, please access your email and then look for the email verification from HOOQ in your inbox and/or spam/junk mail. Tap the “Confirm Email” button. Go back to the new HOOQ app, and tap “I have verified”.
    • Enter your password: Tap on “Enter Password”, then key in your password as prompted. Select OK.
    • If this is not the first time you're logging in, there is no need to verify your email.
  5. You'll get routed to the Discover page.

 


  1. Tap on "Login".
  2. Tap on “Mobile”.
  3. Tap the down arrow and select your country code.
  4. Enter your mobile number and then hit the "Done" button.
  5. Is it your first time logging in to your account on the device you’re using?:
    • YES: Confirm your number by selecting “YES”. You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code via text message. Enter the code in the specified boxes, and hit the Next button.
    • NO: Confirm your number by selecting “YES”.




  1. Tap "Singtel Cast Login". 
  2. The Singtel Cast Login page will appear. Enter your Cast email address and password as prompted.
  3. You'll know you're signed in once you get routed to the Discover page. If you see a prompt about accepting HOOQ's terms and conditions, please select Accept to continue. 


  1. Tap "Singtel Cast Login". 
  2. Select "Create Cast ID".
  3. Choose the option that describes how you're subscribed to Singtel:
    • Current Singtel Mobile Subscriber
    • Current Singtel Broadband Subscriber
    • Current Singtel TV Subscriber
  4. Enter your Singtel mobile phone number, then select "Continue".
  5. On the next screen:
    • Enter your email address.
    • Enter your preferred password.
    • Enter the same password in the "Confirm New Password" box.
    • Select "Continue".
  6. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) that was sent to the mobile number you entered earlier.
  7. You should get a confirmation that you may already use your Cast ID to log in. Select "Continue" and you'll get routed to the Discover page. 
  8. If you see a prompt about accepting HOOQ's terms and conditions, please select Accept to continue.
