How to check your subscription status and details? (HOOQ app for Android)

You can easily find your subscription info inside the HOOQ app. Here's how: :)
 
  1. Make sure you're connected to the internet, and then open the HOOQ app.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Once logged in, tap on the "ME" icon at the upper right corner of your screen.
  4. Click on "Subscription". You will see the following:
    • Remaining days before the renewal of your subscription
    • Expiry or validity end date of your subscription
    • Whether your subscription is set to auto-renew (ON) or not (OFF)
      • If it's set to ON, it means you have an active and recurring subscription.
      • If you have cancelled your recurring subscription (following the steps applicable to your subscription type) or requested to cancel via our Support team or Partner, you can confirm that it’s already been processed when auto-renew is set to OFF and it doesn't say "Proceed to cancel your subscription" at the bottom.
      • If you’re on a one-time subscription, auto-renew is always set to OFF (as your plan will just expire on the validity end date) and it will also say "no action is required" at the bottom.
